Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc. Community Survey

Introduction and Purpose

To better serve seniors of Martin County, The Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc., the lead agency for senior services in Martin County, is conducting a brief Community Survey to assess the needs of seniors and their families.

This is especially important, as the Council is now constructing the new Kane Senior Center at 900 SE Salerno Road that it will occupy in June of 2011. The new center is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in services and activities for seniors and their friends, caregivers and families. When it comes to serving the senior population, our objective is to exceed expectations. You can help us by completing this Community Survey.

You can participate anonymously if you wish. The results of the survey will be used to help the Council in completing its business plan and range of services.
